My name is Chuck Gibbs, and I've been working in the construction industry since 1981. Throughout my career, I've learned that building isn't just about materials and methods—it's about listening, understanding, and helping people bring their ideas to life. That passion is what led me to create Ironwood Design Build LLC.

I enjoy projects that are different. Many of the projects I've been involved with over the years have been one-of-a-kind—projects that required creativity, thoughtful planning, and a willingness to solve problems that other contractors might avoid. Those are the projects that inspire me.

I believe construction should be a collaborative process built on trust, clear communication, transparency, and mutual respect. That's why Ironwood follows a structured design-build approach and uses modern project management tools to keep clients informed every step of the way.

Not every project is the right fit, and not every builder is the right fit for every client.
